Key points

All 32 teams for the PGL Major Singapore 2026 are now set. Every place at the Counter-Strike 2 Major was decided by the Valve Regional Standings published on November 2, and there were no open qualifiers this time. That made the standings snapshot the whole qualification route, and teams rose or fell on the points they had already earned. Stage 1 begins in Singapore on November 24. The event is the first Counter-Strike Major held in Southeast Asia.

MOUZ top the global standings with 1,960 points. Vitality follow on 1,922, then FURIA on 1,912, Aurora on 1,860 and Spirit on 1,842. Europe takes the largest share of the field with 18 of the 32 places. The Americas hold nine places and Asia five.

Straight to Stage 3

Eight teams go directly into Stage 3, which starts on December 2. Six are from Europe: MOUZ, Vitality, Aurora, Spirit, BetBoom and Falcons. The other two, FURIA and Legacy, come from the Americas. Those eight enter the tournament only at the third stage, after the rest of the field has been cut down across the first two stages.

The Stage 2 and Stage 1 fields

Stage 2 starts on November 28. It holds FUT, Nemiga, G2, 1win, Natus Vincere and Astralis from Europe, MIBR from the Americas and The MongolZ from Asia.

The other 16 teams start in Stage 1 on November 24. FaZe and Team Liquid are in that group, alongside Ninjas in Pyjamas, PARIVISION, HEROIC, Eternal Fire and 100 Thieves from Europe, 9z, M80, DENDELE, Imperial and Wildcard from the Americas, and BC.Game, FlyQuest, Chinggis Warriors and Lynn Vision from Asia.

Debuts, the last place and a near miss

Four teams will play their first Major: 100 Thieves, DENDELE, 1win and BC.Game. For 100 Thieves the place came the hard way. They beat Wildcard 2-0 in the FiRe Last Chance final in Buenos Aires late on Sunday and claimed Europe's 18th and final spot. Wildcard still reached the Major through the Americas places and also start in Stage 1.

At the other end of the cut, TYLOO missed out on a place by three points. A gap that small underlines how tight the standings race was at the line, and TYLOO are the clearest near miss in the confirmed field.

Prize pool and finals

The prize pool is US$1,250,000, with US$500,000 going to the champions. Stages 1 to 3 are played in a studio in Singapore. The top eight teams from Stage 3 reach the Playoffs at the Singapore Indoor Stadium from December 10 to 13, and the Grand Final is a best-of-five match on Sunday, December 13.
