Louisville hit-and-run on Bardstown Road.
What we published: our headline said a 2-year-old girl was killed.
What is correct: Louisville Metro Police stated the victim was Montazja Langley, a woman in her 20s, and that the coroner's report our headline relied on was issued in error. The headline and story were corrected on October 31, 2026, and the story carries a correction note.

What we published: the instalment release was published as a separate article, duplicating our main Gujarat visit coverage.
What we did: the duplicate article was withdrawn and its facts merged into the main article, which is the only version we keep.
