Fallon Sherrock beat Luke Littler in a single leg of darts on the live Netflix special Beat Luke Littler on Friday, October 30, 2026, in Manchester, and won 501,000 pounds. The leg was the whole match. Fourteen challengers had already tried to beat Littler and failed before Sherrock stepped up, Reuters reported.

Reuters put the prize at 501,000 pounds, or 671,089 dollars, and called it the biggest prize of Sherrock's career. The event was held at Manchester Central. The Gazette and Herald, carrying PA reporting, called the prize the second biggest in darts history.

One leg, with no second chance

The format was simple and harsh. Each challenger got a single leg of 501 against Littler, the two time PDC world champion. Twenty challengers were lined up to play, and the event was designed to conclude as soon as a challenger defeated him, according to Sky Sports reporting carried by Mansfield Radio. That meant there was no set to settle into and no time to recover from a slow start. One leg decided whether a challenger went home with nothing or with half a million pounds.

Sherrock earned her turn by winning a public vote against Germany's Jarod Becker, Sports Mole reported. Earlier in the event, Ireland's Pearse Mackle missed a dart at the bull that would have won him the prize against Littler. Chance after chance had passed, and Littler was still standing when Sherrock played him.

Fifteen darts to finish it

Sherrock won the leg in 15 darts and hit a 180 during it, the Gazette and Herald reported. It was a short leg with no room for a loose visit, and she took it while the whole prize rested on that one game. Littler, in remarks printed by Darts News, called her finish world class, a fair summary from the player who had turned away every challenger before her.

The result ended the show on the spot, which was the point of the format. Beat Luke Littler was a Netflix exhibition special, not a PDC ranking event and not a championship final, and Sherrock did not win a title on Friday. What she won was the money, in one leg, against the most famous player in the sport right now.

A name darts already knew

Sherrock is 32, from Milton Keynes, and is a qualified hairdresser, Reuters reported. Most darts fans first met her in December 2019, when she made history at the PDC World Championship by becoming the first woman to win a match at that championship, on her way to the third round. That run made her a household name in the sport long before Netflix built a show around a single leg.

Friday night followed the same pattern in a different setting. Given one clear chance on a big stage, Sherrock took it. Fourteen challengers had failed, a dart at the bull had already been missed by another player, and the champion was waiting. She needed 15 darts, she hit a maximum along the way, and the 501,000 pound prize, the biggest of her career and, on PA reporting, the second biggest in darts history, was hers.
